You know, it must be simply ego-shattering to realize that despite the fact that you are financially successful beyond your dreams, you really aren't that important in the grand scheme of things, all you are is somebody that gets paid to pretend to be someone real. And its the people that you mock, Bush, Reagan, etc. that make decisions that really count. Its these people that will matter to historians 100 years from now, not some movie actor. To folks that are surrounded by sycophants worshipping them every day, such an epiphany, if they possess even the minimum depth to experience it, must sting.

I suspect little Babs is trying her hardest to "matter" and the poor thing must be completely frustrated by the fact that with every attempt to display her intellect, she paradoxically lowers history's estimation of her intelligence.
