let's blame it on terrorists and not vaccines :)

How many nuclear waste dumps in California? Wasn't that state the birthplace of the military industrial complex?

This is a duplicate story, but a different source. First post
here.
From my post on that thread:
I've recently come across some info about autism and another possible contributing factor, birth asphyxia. It is an interesting theory, and one that should be looked into I think.
Here is a abstract by two professionals that is to be presented at the upcoming International Meeting for Autism Research on November 1: BRAINSTEM LESIONS IN AUTISM: BIRTH ASPHYXIA AS A CAUSATIVE FACTOR.

California=increased fish consumption=possible mercury exposure in vitro
Just a guess, could also be as someone said increase in drug use, and that could include all the serotonin replacing drugs, i.e. Prozac, not just illegal street drugs.
We've been immunizing children for years, so it wouldn't be the regular immunizations, but the Hep. vaccines are new to the mix.
Hep vaccines have been implicated in other neuro diseases like MS.

I have little doubt that we have so polluted our food, water and air that the rise of autism as well as the many, many other huge increases in health problems of our children are starting to haunt us.
Its not just autism, look at juvenile diabetes, food allergies, breast cancer, other cancers etc how much they have increased over the past 30+ years. I do think there are more cases being diagnosed, wheras in the past they would have gone unreported, but some of the polluting that was done 20-30-40 years ago and (even though things seem to have improved) even still today is coming back to haunt us and will continue to for generations to come.

The greatest change that has directly led to declining health overall is our shift to processed oils, and our decreased intake of the essential fatty acids (EFAs) in our diet.
If you only read one book on health, read Fats That Heal Fats That Kill by Udo Erasmus. If nothing else, read his lecture that gives a brief general overview of what is meticulously detailed in his book. EFA consumption could even be relevant in helping those afflicted with autism (over 60% of our brain mass is made up of fatty acids).
I began taking his Oil Blend about a year ago, and I can definetly say, without a shadow of doubt in my mind, the health benefits are amazing. You begin noticing a definite difference within a few days, and you will never wnat to go without it.

That's interesting, I hadn't thought of that. My husband had a serious reaction the first time he ate something with aspartame in it. Needless to say, we avoid it like the plaque, but aren't expectant and nursing mothers also advised to avoid it???

What do they EXPECT after eight years of Clinton? He ruined every relationship for many miles around, except for his own relationship with a sink.

is autisim going to be the next add or adhd?
To: dawn53
My wife has severe rheumatoid arthritis and suffered from fibromyalgia.
Since eliminating aspartame from her diet months ago, her fibromyalgia
is gone. Now she is slowly decreasing her dosages of arthritis medication.
Although her joints [hands and feet] will have to be replaced, we hope to
slow the progression or perhaps put it into remission.
It's interesting, that so many articles are written [including newsgroup
information/personal notes] worldwide [that have no intertwined rapport
and/or connection], all stating the adverse effects of aspartame.....
yet "big business" denounces the adverse claims as hogwash.
More interesting, is the fact that many FDA operatives retire to jobs with
companies [as Monsanto], to do the filing of "supportive research" for
that company's manufactured drugs.
Monsanto makes pesticides also. They're doing well in the pharmaceutical
business, in spite of the asbestos lawsuit losses and other lawsuit losses.

well - something is causing this epidemic in autism - until they find conclusive evidence -
everything that we expose children to should be suspect...
my guess is that vaccines are involved - how, I do not know but with children getting an average of 21 jabs before starting school it is cause for concern...
yes we've been vaccinating children but never with such intensity and frequency...
overwhelming is what I'd call it! Kids do not have developed immune systems...

We tend to approach all problems in a straight line, that is identify the stress, eliminate it and you have global improvement. This process sees all stress as bad and to be avoided, but in fact, the process of being born completes the maturation of the baby, producing hormones and events that nature in its efficiency has made use of. Therefore, the recent rise in Caesarian delvieries could be a contributing factor. But since it it seen as a beneficial procedure will probably not be considered.
