I have wondered sometimes if we don't hear much about Neil and Doro because the family really prefers not to be in the limelight. Of course, when you are President or a governor that can't be avoided. But I would bet that the family bends over backwards to keep the others out of range of the media as much as possible.

I think that's probably true. Marvin and Doro live in the DC area; Neil lives in Texas (and has a high profile model daughter); and Jeb, of course, lives in FL. It seems like each of them decides how visible they want to be, and the rest of the family respects that.
Of course, except for Noelle and Neil's daughter, none of them have gotten involved in high profile adventures - as if we could compare a modelling career to a drug conviction - (or do we have to discuss Neil's term on the Board of Silverado again? )
