COATES, Minnesota (AP) -- Prosecutors charged 95 people with forgery Wednesday for an alleged scheme in which they all registered to vote using the same address: a strip club recently shut down by city officials.
Most of the alleged forgers lived outside the town. The scheme, in which the club's owner also was charged, could have given club supporters a political majority in the town of 163 people. The mayor and two council members are in contested races next month in Coates, where 79 voted in the 2000 general election.

I guess that's a rhetorical question.

If the party is not mentioned, you can assume it's Democrat. If it was Republican, that info would be in the headline.

For a town of 163 people, 94 illegal voters should be easy to notice.

"It's shocking to see such a blatant attempt to undermine the most fundamental pillar of our democracy -- our right to vote," Well, if it's pillars they're concerned about, I guess a strip club is a pretty good place to find one....

Thanks for this bare and stripped down story!
This is what is important in this story: "It's shocking to see such a blatant attempt to undermine the most fundamental pillar of our democracy -- our right to vote," Dakota County Attorney James Backstrom said.
We need to make election tampering in federal elections an act of treason punishable by death for those who organize these criminals. Get the evidence on the leaders, try them and shoot them. Freeze their bodies and bring them out to hang on portable scaffords two days before elections by voting places they tried to destroy. This would send a strong message not to screw with our votes.
Those guilty like the ones who signed up should do about 20 years in chain gangs for each act of voting fraud with no parole. The week before each election bring them out in their traitor coveralls in chains to clean up around the voting precincts and to send a loud message that voter fraud is no longer tolerated in America.
To: Grampa Dave
Its already a felony, and if enforced, means those caught lose their federal election voting priviliges (in addition to felony penalties). Thats why enforcing the current laws is so important in the next election cycle.

Thanks to voter fraud in Kali we have two really bad US Senators who negate the good that two conservative senators can do.
If we didn't have those two bad senators due to voter fraud and if other Rat senators who hold office due to voter fraud were not in the senate, our country would be in better shape.
An illegal vote for a US senator or President cancels the legitimate vote of an American voter.

Minnesota again? Hmmmm.... I smell a rat.

the most fundamental pillar of our democracy It's a REPUBLIC, dunderhead. Sheesh.
