There is a heavily wooded, private park just outside of my town that has been converted into a commercial paintball war zone (for lack of a better description). A friend of mine joined this group several years ago, played for a few weekends, and then abruptly quit. When I asked why, he explained that some of these folks took the game too seriously. The playing field was very uneven due to the elaborate expense some players would go to.

It is my understanding that the more expensive guns have adjustable air pressure, tighter clearances, and expel the paint balls with incredible force. Since they shoot each other, guys just playing around would literally get hurt. He described the competition as extremely serious and some of the players didn't consider this a game. It is an odd mentality.

Should the shooter/shooters turn out to be foreign terrorists, I shudder to think of the sheer panic and apprehension difficulty we will face. I for one, sure hope you're suspicions are right.

Have you talked to the tip line since the "alternative transportation" connection was discovered? By the way, her employer's website is still not back up.
