Given the input I've seen so far - the only illumination of the subject was from parking lot illumination and judging from the yellowish/orange-ish color I recall seeing on the video from the video footage from the scene we aren't dealing with metal halide with a cited 'color rendition' of 85% that of natural sunlight ... There also seems to be some contention that is was not our pair (I think it is an individual) of subjects who were involved with somneone else 'backing out' leaving only the observations in the parking lot under the artifical illumination light source in place there ...

Make sure you wear your bullet proof long-johns and a helmet. The sniper may try to prove that lightning can strike twice in the same place.

Remember, serpentine, serpentine, serpentine when you're walking or driving in that parking lot. This sniper doesn't like moving targets.

Bob and weave, bob and weave. If a cop stops you, tell him you're having an epileptic seizure or something. Then check to see, if you can accurately tell the color of his skin.
