I couldn't ell you about that area, but there is legal hunting in every county in Wisconsin.
The Governor should outlaw hunting in school zones and in parking lots, then. I imagine it's already illegal to hunt while riding in a white minivan or panel truck.
The problem with hunters' gunshots is NOT in the areas where citizens will confuse them with the Beltway Sniper.
