That's fine, but where is the evidence that there are recreational shooters or hunters shooting in suburban parking lots? Are there gun ranges nearby that would throw off the sensors? Isn't it illegal to discharge a gun in developed areas (where the shooter has exclusively operated)? Are hunting areas anywhere near the shooting locations and similar locations where the shooter might operate?

That's the question. In my opinion, this is just a feel-good effort to make the anti-gunners happy. I used to live in Prince George county and there are some great hunting locations in the South East part of the state. Down towards Indian Head, across the Potomac from Mt. Vernon, is an excellent hunting and fishing area (at least it was as late as 1991 when I went overseas). And Mt Vernon from across the river is a great view to reflect on the wisdom and glory of our first president while drowning a worm.

Seeing as this effectively makes all use of firearms illegal, it will prove once and for all how effective gun control will be.

actually this is related to high tech tools that will watch for, LISTEN to, identify and locate WHERE the next weapon is fired.

we have tools for this... and they are being dispatched.
with this and a few leads, and admission that these very likely are arab terrorists by the powers that be...

Maybe we are going to have to hide our guns.... to keep them from being taken away from us... I might hide mine in the attic. It is so full of "stuff" that they would get tired of looking before they find my guns.

I heard of some little old lady who was about to be audited by IRS. She said "Fine, come to my house and go up into my attic where my records are and you can search through them all you want. I am too old and frail and I can't climb up there anymore."

The IRS came to her house, went up into the attic, and it was in such a huge mess, they left, and forgot all about the audit. My attic is a HUGE mess, so it might work for me to hide my shotgun and rifle up there. We have had them, or my husband has had them, since he was 12 and we have NEVER shot anyone!!!!! and don't plan to. The democrats have nothing to fear from us, unless they try to overthrow the government. But they really won't have to do that, all they have to do is "To pull a New Jersey" and ignore the law....
