I'm guessing perhaps different snipers with the gun being passed in a relay type scenario.

This is an interesting scenario. If we don't know who shot whom, does that make it easier or more difficult to charge/ prosecute them?

As illegal combatants, they're headed for Gitmo. Since they've already identified themselves as God, we'll let them sort it out.

I would say it would be under a co-conspirators type indictment with equal penalty for all unless the conspirators could prove otherwise.

If you look at the Oregon Indictment or Moussaoui indictment, you'll see how it works.

Unfortunately, I do not know any other cases off hand and no inference is intended.
