No one has seriously said this; we clearly don't have the evidence yet one way or the other.
On the other hand, you never retracted your statement that 9/11 was not committed by Middle Eastern males.

Thirteen months before Oct. 5, 2002, includes Sept . 11, 2001. Did you really mean that you do not believe that the 9/11 attack was perpetrated by Middle Eastern males?
If this were just a mistake, that would be OK. But I asked you about it at the time and you did not respond with a retraction of your statement. And I asked you about it again on a later thread, and you didn't retract it then either.
So, do you believe that the 9/11 attacks were committed by Middle Eastern males?

You conveniently forget how poorly many of our public schools teach the english language. Bad grammar is no proof that you're dealing with ESL. It could just as plausibly be a missive from the bottom 1/3rd of the bell curve.
Earlier tonight, I spoke with a friend who happens to be a fairly knowledgable gun-enthusiast. He told me that he does not believe it is the work of a really experienced sniper. The gun choice is wrong in his opinion. He said a knowledgable sniper would not use an AR15. He had lots of details and talked about 1 in 7 turn and hard bullets vs. soft bullets and the fact that the guy didn't get a head shot every single time. Anyhow I've probably got some ofthe details wrong from the conversation but the bottom line is he's betting on whacko and not ex-special forces or ex-swat or anybody with special sniper training. Perhaps Al Qaeda trains snipers in a stupid fashion. After all, it seems they might have brought us Richard Reed...the inept shoe-bomber.
That was, IIRC, discussed in the wee hours Tuesday a.m. -- also the alleged Egyptian variant pronunciation which would tend to prompt a person to spell it that way. Suggesting the writer was/is an Egyptian.

Actually, no, the critters won't. Hunting seasons and regulations are crafted specifically for the purpose of managing the population of animals, game and non-game alike.
If firearm hunting is banned in Maryland, then, the game population will be uncontrolled this year. Many people will die in car-deer accidents, with the excess herd scavenging the landscape for any spare food. The excess population of game will consume resources which would support nongame species, and they will slowly starve over the winter. The excess game population will also slowly starve over the wintertime.
No, banning hunting by banning firearms discharge is a bad idea.

The Krinkov AK-74 (the weapon Osama Bin Laden played with during his interview) is illegal to import into the US (except, inevitably, for USG examples) and isn't chambered for .223, but for an even smaller Russian subcaliber. It's a full-auto, short-barreled assault rifle/entry gun about the size of an MP-5. It wouldn't be a sniper's second or third choice, except "maybe" as a backup weapon.
