I'm ever more strongly suspecting Islamic terrorists. You know why? An American type would be sensible enough to stay in Maryland, where the people are disarmed. Moving the scene of the crime to Virginia, where the whole population carries (the NRA national headquarters is right in the middle of the recent shootings on Rte. 66), this guy is going to turn a whole state into Flight 93.
