It's very dense suburbia, more like the locations of the original night and day of multiple shootings....not as near rural areas as the Fredericksburg and Prince William shootings.

Also, it's mathematically impossible for there NOT to be a white van seen in the area. Actually, probably a dozen or so white vans..ENORMOUS amounts of traffic and a bajillion roads.

Now it's a GMC. I don't think there is a white van. Everybody's so focused on white vans, they can't see anything else. I believe this guy is firing ONLY when a white van is nearby, the better to perpetuate the misdirection.

You got that right. There are many roads that would get you out of the area and on any number of highways for a quick getaway.
