Now it's a GMC. I don't think there is a white van. Everybody's so focused on white vans, they can't see anything else. I believe this guy is firing ONLY when a white van is nearby, the better to perpetuate the misdirection.

FNC said white GMC with a rifle - then the report of the red Toyota pickup. Cops are probably looking for every vehicle that witnesses reported as being in the area.

I agree re: firing when white van or van-like vehicle close by. Perhaps sees that as a "sign"??? "Angelic" sign?
