Dr. Maurice Godwin did a good geographic profile of this creep. Here's the map he developed:

Godwin predicted Manassas; said the creep would continue southward, then eastward, then back up to where he started.

I'm not sure he/she would leave the major interstates like that map shows. My bet is that he heads up 270 or 95 because those are the only two interstates leaving D.C. that he hasn't hit.
