It's very dense suburbia, more like the locations of the original night and day of multiple shootings....not as near rural areas as the Fredericksburg and Prince William shootings.

Also, it's mathematically impossible for there NOT to be a white van seen in the area. Actually, probably a dozen or so white vans..ENORMOUS amounts of traffic and a bajillion roads.
