Caller reporting arriving at Georgetown Pike having left Falls Church. He's convinced it's a professional terrorist if this killer's not caught tonight. He said the entire scene is like something out of a movie with all the police with fully automatic weapons, FBI, and ATF agents. He didn't know we had so many police.
