CNN Headline News is reporting that a woman has been shot near a Home Depot in Falls Church, VA, and that authorities are investigating whether this is another sniper attack.

I don't think they will find him rushing down any freeways, the proximity to freeways could be a diversion. He could be fleeing a mere few blocks, less than five miles and changing vechicles. So far it seems these killings have taken place near a mosque, I think the F.B.I. should be checking the garages of every Cleric in the area they may be allowing the killer to hide his ride in their garages, or one of the "faithfuls".

Based on the comments by the reporters at the news conference, the local news crews seem to be listening to police scanners and have info not officially released...such as the description of the driver, that they were in pursuit...I imagine this is where the additional details are coming from.

Yes, the reporter got the olive skinned man info directly from the APB put out on the scanners.

Yeah, that part of Michael's IS weird, and it does smell weird. But in the back they got clay, and all kinds of art tools, and Estes rocket equipment, and such. Brings back memories, typing about it.

TV 9 – interviewing another witness. He was going into home depot at exactly 9:35 or something like that. He heard one shot, like a crack, like a pistol. He saw the victim laying down in the garage, close to the Rt. 50 side. He talked to another witness – who saw the white Chevy Astro van IN the Home Depot garage.
