Sorry, Mahathir, that is where you are mistaken, we understand "Islam the religion of peace (tm) all too well! Us "infidels" realize that your so-called prophet mohammead and the so-called "holy quran" (caps purposely omitted) offer us infidels who do not believe in your false god allah or his false prophet mohammad only one of three choices.

1) Convert to "Islam the religion of peace (tm)" by choice or by force.

2) Become slaves, subjugated to Islamic masters, subject to Islamic law.

3) If we reject choices 1 and 2, our final choice according to "Islam the religion of peace (tm) is to die for our faith, or lack thereof.

Sorry, we are not interested in circumcising our females or killing the Jews (the chosen people of the True and living God, Jehovah) etc. Instead we have chosen to "fight for the right to live in freedom.
