Yes, they are easy and cheap to get. Also, on FR saw a few posts about an auction at which several Arabs bought many vehicles. Maybe it's harder to trace cars/trucks bought at auction. I'd be surprised if shooter(s) didn't change vehicles or paint truck after release of this graphic.

My neighbor and I went to a government auction in Springfield VA a couple years ago. It's a racket. Swarthy guys (our thought then was mafia) were bidding big bucks on junk heaps. We decided they were bidding for VIN numbers (NOT cars) to attach to stolen vehicles. The auctions are held on a regular basis. Curious to know if anyone else has ever gone to one of these and what your impressions are?
