The MO has changed from day one. Fist day we saw a flurry of killings, and since then nothing has been predictable. Scholl Yard shootings , Morning Rush Hour shooting, To after rush hour shootings. Now we see a late night shooting. There is nothing predictable about this maniac. I live in Maryland and I own a business in Kensington MD. and I can tell you that we are no longer scared about this coward. We want to hunt him down. The Public will end this... Not the Police
