Care to comment about Turkey being one of our most faithfull allies in that part of the world - during the Cold War and since then?
Which side of "Turkey" do you want me to comment on? The Turkish people or the the Turkish military dictatorship?
Turks fought with us in the Korean War, provided us with TONS of intelligence in the Cold War and provided logistical support in the war on terror. Turkey is our number one ally in that region of the world.
BTW: Since when did Freepers become a bunch of Woodrow Wilsons and insist that all countries must be "democracies."
