but I often find myself just bypassing it. Why? Most likely because it seems like the brain-dead "me,too!" crowd has taken over here."Republican PC".

I don't understand how anyone from Portland picked up Ebonics. He grew up in rural North Carolina.

I wonder what Harry Bellafonte has to say about all the Black brothers that marry white women?Harry Bellafonte is, himself, part white. And his wife is all white.

A degree in
"urban studies" means he knows the difference in a city block and a country mile and thats about it. Its an affirmative action course. A pathetic academic attempt at promoting diversity. It allows for the promotion of academic underachievers while not instructing them in anything of significance. It does not assure the comprehension of logical thought or of critical thinking. Such is the state of liberal arts studies today.

As a Police Officer, I am offended by your reply. In the 8.5 years that I have served my community, I've learned alot. Not if the rest of your post is a indication, you haven't.
One thing I have learned is that education plays a very small role in ones effectiveness as a law enforcement official.
I agree with that, but only stupid people go after HorseHillary degrees like "Urban Studies". A retard could get a degree in that field, and I have no doubt many do.
Or is it your contention that even retards can be effective police chiefs?
I think maybe you should admire him for the risks he takes
WHAT risks would that be,paper cuts?
and the nearly impossible tasks he has to complete in order to make folks like you happy and safe.
What could possibly make you delusional enough to think I seek either safety OR happiness from the police?

Those folks without kids or who find fault with everything, won't. Add to that, folks without common sense don't get it, either.

Chief Moose is high energy and he's high strung ... he's a guy who has needed and who has taken anger management classes," Duin said...he's a bully and now what's needed is someone who can out think the terrorists and not merely push street thugs around.

wow....great post!
I cringe whenever Chief Moose gets on camera....he's very unprofessional!
The video footage shown by pmsnbc of what MD women on the street thought of him said it all...
One said " I just want to give him a big hug" (to comfort him) sheesh! Give me a break!
I liked and admired that Sheriff Carona in calif (from Orange county)
Thats what L.E. should be like, tough, professional, non compromising and determined to get their man!

I wonder what Harry Bellafonte has to say about all the Black brothers that marry white women?? He wouldn't dare.
I actually met HB and his wife at a private party some years ago. Mrs B is as white as I am ... and as left-wing as Bela Abzug.

A degree in "urban studies" means he knows the difference in a city block and a country mile and thats about it. Its an affirmative action course. Yup,the SOLE purpose of giving out "Doctorates" in courses like that is so stupid people can be given affirmative-action jobs WAAAY beyond their actual ability to perform. It's the way the left plays their numbers/quota game. They get somebody placed in a influencial position that they can trust to do and perform as expected because they know they are too stupid to think on their own. A parakeet could probably pass that course.

I think the greatest lawman ever was Frank Hamer. I think he was in over 100 gunfights, was shot 18 times and left for dead three times. He was also the one who got Bonnie and Clyde. I would love to have him working on this case.
Skeeter Skelton thought the greatest lawman of all was Jeff Davis Milton a Texas Ranger who was the Son of the Confederate Governor of Florida. I would love to have him on the case too.
This guy Moose is an obvious affirmative action chief. He may be competent but doesn't appear to be the man to get things done.
