Dear God!
I just listened to the initial 911 call and watched the video footage from the court room as they listen to the 911 phone call by h.g., the young woman who survived the massacre.
She is calling from the house that she ran to after the murders. The 911 call lasts about 12 1/2 minutes and includes video footage in the court room as the perps, lawyers, and judge are listening to it during the trial.
It's at: http://www.courttv.com/video/
Select: "Play survivor's 911 call" under the picture of the perps.
It's a little hard to understand at times, but still heart breaking.
I can't understand why it took forever to get an ambulance and the police dispatched!!!!!!!!!! The dispatcher just went on and on and on.
Unbelievable!!!!!!!!!

I listened/watched it over a cable modem over Real Audio. Don't know how it will look over a 56K connection.
Most of it was pretty hard to understand. Are you able to just listen to it?
I would like to see the transcript. I'm not sure who was on the witness stand during the tape. It may have been the female 911 operator, or maybe one of the police investigators.

Also, why was this not charged as a hate crime? Apparently blacks can't commit hate crimes.

There is no hate crimes statute in Kansas. Let's keep it that way.
For your ping list, KS flyover.

Most of it was pretty hard to understand. Are you able to just listen to it? We have T1 to the internet here at work, but they block certain sites out, like sports sites, and apparently video sites (bandwidth hogs). Therefore I am unable to get to the link.. sigh...

They should just take those animals outside after the verdict and beat their heads in with a hammer in the street.

Only after throwing 10 buckets of fire ants over each of them first, and then laying them on a grill of hot, searing coals. (that way they can get a taste of what Hell will feel alike).

There is no hate crimes statute in Kansas. Not exactly
http://www.frontpagemag.com/Articles/ReadArticle.asp?ID=1908
Fifth Paragraph of the section titled "Has no Bearing"
"Mrs. Foulston dodges the racial question by pointing out that Kansas does not have a hate crime statute, but the state does specify harsher penalties for bias crimes.
Of course in this case they weren't used,
I wonder why < /sarcasm >
