I would think if *he* is on '95 or nearby he'd abandon the truck.

I wish they could put some helicopters up, I know the weather is bad...

I would think he'd get OFF (I just heard they have CLOSED every ramp off of I-95)

I worry for the cops safety and other motorists if this guy is sitting in traffic.
