Tin roofs are very popular in Hawaii for some reason. When it rains (and it does a lot where I used to live) the noise sounds like a demonic popcorn machine. You can't hear yourself think.

I was informed they are very noisy but I want something that will be a little sturdier than the cheap plastic they're selling.
