YIKES! you guys - you have to read this (excertp follows)

You okay Brandaman?" asked Knuckles, patting the young private on he back. "What's this?" inquired Rusty as he leant down. Rusty had spotted something, looked like a shell casing from a fired round. but somewhat different. The casing was smaller than your average round, and looked sort-of "home-made" like the back-end of a tagger round. Still warm too.

Knucks looks up to notice a playing card pinned to a tree by a small knife, it was an old tarot card with the grim reaper handing some poor guy a card, with the words "Traitor" written underneath.

Brandaman shivered.

"This is just like the one in the shack... who is this guy?" Knucks thought to himself) "Looks like we've got another player in the game, eh Rusty?" said Knucks.

"Yep!" Rusty replied.

"Brandaman, you know something! What is it?"

"I cant... he'll kill....".

"I'll kill you if you don't tell us... now who is it?!" shouted Knucks.

"Okay." Brandaman said, sitting down. "Its a guy named ~Outlaw~, calls himself ~The Reaper~, He was one of the ops of the original force in the north-east sector, top sniper he was, before they were attacked... we found this out just before we ran into the ambush set by Shadow and his men"

Knuckles and Rusty listened patiently whilst Brandaman explain all, the horror, the fear. He explained that Outlaw was the best hope for defense in the north-east sector should it be attacked, it was said he could shoot a hole through a spinning penny at 150 feet whilst still in the air... quite an achievement.

Rusty narrowed his eyes "So then what?" he asked.

Brandaman went on to explain how Outlaw got his name, during Nam he was known for raiding the battlefield for spoils and trophies during a fight. Calling himself the ~Reaper~ because of his cold killing and ruthlessness. This guy had a bigger war crimes list than what could fill a phone book!

Brandaman explained how when in Nam, he was captured and subject to some violent torture, before relief troops could rescue him and his fellow POWs. He explained how this left Outlaw slightly unhinged from reality, believing entirely that he is actually the "Grim Reaper" and acting accordingly, no matter who the victim was... Looks like this guy was some sort of double agent, responsible for the fall on the northeast sector.

If we're going to be doing checks based upon works of fiction people have written, someone needs to speak with Tom Clancy ASAP.

Hey, he lives in Maryland, doesn't he?.....

;)
