The website allows those who speak only Spanish to obtain information and handle vehicle and driver's license renewals online.

Gee, this really makes me feel safe driving on the road with people who cannot even read our street signs and the California DMV is licensing them.

His image must appear on all state websites under a design created by the former eGovernment department, formerly headed by Davis-appointee Arun Baheti, who is famous for accepting the $25,000 Oracle check in a shady bar for Davis.

Baheti said that people visiting CA government webpages all wanted to know how to find the governor's webpage, so he used Davis' 1"x2" image for a link, but received criticism that such a large picture amounted to excessive free advertising. Baheti was later fired/resigned for his role in the Oracle "bribe Davis for a $95 million state contract" scandal.
