Terror attack buy muslim radicals. Probably palestinian with intifada experience shooting at IDF and evading in an urban area. Start looking at all palestinians that have entered the country in the last 2 years. This is not one person gone nuts. If this is our guy, I doubt he gets close enough to be seen on a surveillance camera, even in daylight. He's too careful for that.

Based on our previous experience with these terrorists, I'd start checking speeding tickets in the vacinity of all the shootings. This guy plans carefully and has probably driven his route beforehand. If he's like our 9/11 kooks, he's probably been speeding on the interstate in these counties--and may well have unpaid tickets.

Spoke to my daughter yesterday--she lives in Alexandria. She said that people are literally running from parking lots into supermarkets and crouching when filling their cars. Can't blame them...

Is anybody having deja vu from the anthrax attacks ? It is a cluster of attacks all with the same MO. It is not at all like a drive by shooting, or lone nut, type of attack.

Also similiar is what many suspect. The investigators have some clues they are holding back on discussing with the public. Clues that could make the public safer and have the shooter caught quicker. Instead they are relying on the tried and failed method of pscho profiling. They will search in vain for the politically correct suspect.

If they have even a partial bullet jacket they at least know already what the twist of the rifling and land width is. This narrows down the type of rifle used considerably. Yet they hold out not wanting to spook the suspect, while they search the data bases of legal gun owners. All the while ignoring that the shooter is probability not a legal gun owner.

The trail grows cold with each passing hour. The terrorists will keep up the attacks until it gets to hot for them and then disappear, just like the anthrax attackers.

The type of sniping attacks made are hit and run, on opportunist targets. Anybody with a police scanner can stay one step ahead by going to the area of least police activity. That is the pattern.

The type of shots taken can be made with a mediocre rifle by a mediocre marksman. Any practiced marksman or hunter could be making the shots at 300 to 400 yards. Maybe 600 yards for the best with a scope.

The United States is under attack, and politicos and media jerks want to debate gun control. The United States has been under attack Since the begining of the Clinton adminstration. Hey Washington DC, maybe just one more terrorist bill, that will work won't it ? Millions of $$$$$ in pork to profilers and high tech companies to perfect the police state.

It won't take much to start the war. I predicted two weeks ago that it could be anything but most likely would be a car, truck, or gun.
