I was commenting more on the media referring to it as a sniping and then saying it was a shotgun. It may be the same killer but with a shotgun its not a sniping really.

The killer might be trying to refute the "coward" statements by police and the governor yesterday if its the same guy.

if you do your job correctly, noone knows a "real" sniper is there until someone drops, and noone can shoot back because they don't know where you are.
