Think of The Oprah Power on book sales. Yesterday at 3 pm, THE THREATENING STORM was number # 46 on amazon.com's best sellers list...it's now # 10.
I haven't watched Oprah in years, so I don't know if she presents other subjects with the same evenhanded fairness. I was very impressed. She did not challenge the findings of the author, she asked only probing, informational questions. It looked and sounded as if common sense was convincing Oprah...and most of her audience...that President Bush was doing the right thing by concentrating on the need to act as soon as possible in ridding the world of Saddam.
That's really amazing... I sent her an email thanking her for bringing this to America's attention, and I urge everyone here to do the same.
