Could the number 4 and 7 mean something?? Not that I know of. Maybe someone else?

Prenkumer Walekar, the cab driver shot on Thursday morning, was an Asian. Yep, but I'm not the one that made the post asking about him.

Uh...this thread is convoluted enough without the posts about the Airbus incident, which isn't related to the Maryland sniper case. And what makes you so positive it isn't? It may not be...but then again.....much of what is wrong with this country IS connected and by design.

Looks like they're African-Americans after all! Probably isn't them.

There's a report on another web site that may or may not be true. It reported that the card was found a distance away from the matted area and it was supposed to be close enough to the yellow taped line where it could have been thrown there by a prankster. This could explain why Moose was so testy about the card. A reporter should ask where it was found. Ah! That explains a lot! Hey maybe the guy they are talking to is the one then. He see the media yapping about the tarot card, gets ticked, yelling can't they get anything right and startes shooting up the place! (lol) kidding of course.

Geez, does it have to be a sicko survivalist white guy named Wayne? I wouldn't call Wayne a sicko survivalist. He sounds like 85% of the freepers. He just isn't being very bright by posting that stuff. It may not be that he made a big impression on the shooter, he just may be another red herring. Imagine how fast "Echelon" would cross reference this dude. Wayne has a disagreement with a cop and chose to write him this letter, nothing sinister, just a little too much bravado.

...No Asians targeted... Prenkumer Walekar, the cab driver shot on Thursday morning, was an Asian.

I agree. I came across one of his other publications a little while ago. But, it still may not be him. At the very bottom of that thread is a post which suggests that the Dear Policeman letter is something that has been around for several years.
Can anyone here confirm that?
To: SarahW
However I suppose its possible that he could have written it several years ago. He seems to be a writer of sorts.
To: Dead Dog
Yes, it was "DOC" that made the "dear Policmen" post to the thread. Wayne got a bad rap from me.
But, the Wayne who posted to the thread is probably the guy I linked to. From links on THIS Wayne Hicks' posts, it appears that DOC got his name from a group calling themselves "David's Outcasts". I'll put up a link in a sec...

That's the "dear Peace officer letter" and it HAS been around and around for years. I've read it on FR, FWIW, and it was old then.
Look down aways in the thread that letter was posted to.
There is a guy with the moniker "DOC", and he is the one who says, in parallel to the Tarot card screed, "Dear Mr. Policeman: ..."
A guy named AZ redneck follows up with a complaint that cops all think they are God ....

Fox news says he's a 38 year old male. The house is all shot up inside and the police are waiting for a search warrant.

That "DOC" fella, seems to have taken his name from this group calling themselves Davids outcasts. This group is reffered to by the acronym DOC in letters that link up with Wayne Hicks causes.
Below is the link to their yahoo newsgroup.

Probably this Doctor Dixon wrote the letter:
This past weekend, a News Bulletin circulated by email told Sierra Times readers and others that the ordered raid by U.S. Marshals is expected before January 20th, the day President-elect George W. Bush is to be sworn into office. In a meeting between Pastor and Doctor Dixon, the Leading Marshal and their respective attorneys, the Marshal is said to have reiterated his commitment to doing his job with more force than he has previously exhibited. He made it plain that he considers his oath to defend the court as a duty, said Pastor Vaughan, and we simply believe that his oath to uphold and defend the Constitution should take precedence over that. No threats were issued during the meeting, nor was any specific date set for the raid, but the Dixons left with a strong feeling that this would be the last meeting of its kind.
To: SarahW
Noticed that.
