Also reporting that the woman was screaming and yelling at
the reporters in the immediate area as the police crusier (with her in the back seat) sped away.

Normally we watch FoxNews but MSNBC seems to have closer
view on this particular scene....

I think it is miss-information one way or the other. Either the police are pinning on a "home grown", or the sniper is trying to keep police off the Islamism track. Serial killers like to savor their kills, this one is too shrewd for that. They may not even enjoy what they are doing, but think see it as brining about a world under the "one true god's prophet".

And for that reason would be very effective misdirection if the killer is a Moslem

I'd be interested to see those areas though. You'd think it shouldn't be too hard for the cops to narrow down his shooting positions- I mean the weapon has a finite range and anything in a circle that you couldn't see from the victims spot could be ruled out.

After all these shootings with almost no clues, we have the Benjamin Tasker incident with all these clues, Brass, Tarot Cards, matted grass, dog hits on explosives. I would be putting a question mark after all of these as possible plants.

Here's what I heard on the radio last week. The UNIFORMED Secret Service is providing manpower to assist local police forces under a mutual aid agreement that was put in place after the September 11, 2001 attacks.

Police are continuing to search for the white box truck that was seen leaving Leisure World, a retirement community in Aspen Hill, on Thursday after one of the fatal attacks. A similar truck reportedly was seen after the shooting near the Bowie middle school.

Good catch. Other Freepers had mentioned they really were looking for a white box truck, but I didn't catch the connection to the newspaper article.

No, I don't think anyone has mentioned a link to the anthrax killer, but I haven't been able to keep up with all the posts either. It seems unlikely a skilled scientist would also be a good shooter, but stranger things have happened.
