I would not put it past this guy to have sat in the woods, planted a spent shell casing from the firing range and the tarot card, then moved somewhere else to shoot.

The shell casing and card are a change in the pattern. I wonder if it's a copycat or if it is a red herring by the killer?
No shells were found on earlier shots, so why the lapse this time? I think the shooter has a bolt action as finding the ejected shell from a semi auto is hard and takes time from the get away.

I should have said it was first mentioned by myself on another thread, I didn't post a new topic..
Another angle here:
He wrote "to the policeman, I am GOD"...
Well, I am told there is a new sony playstation game called Navy:socom Seals..or approx that....it is a game with a SNIPER theme..very intense and very addictive..
ALSO....I'm told by Pete that in the movie "Navy Seals", the SNIPER was called GOD...hmmm

According to a history of Tarot cards, 'The Death Skeleton' comes to all: child, father, mother, king and priest.' Does that mean he's going to be gunning for a priest and a king next?

It seems to me an interesting twist for this guy to pull with the empty case would be to pick up some random empties at a range. Either the guy is getting sloppy, leaving a case at the scene, or he's cagey.

They investigated this guy because he had seven guns?
Squantos, we're screwed.

"Police seized seven weapons, including rifles and hand guns, but at this point, law enforcement sources tell 9 News they have nothing to conclusively link the man to the shootings. Why were his guns taken then?
