Report: Sniper Left Tarot Card, Message for Police at Last Shooting

WUSA-TV 9 News in Washington, D.C. reported in its 11 p.m. broadcast that police found a tarot card and a note to police at the scene of yesterday's sniper shooting of a 13 year old boy at Tasker Middle School in Bowie, Md.

The tarot card was the 'Death' card. The message said, 'Dear policemen, I am God."

An indoor shooting doesn't fit the pattern at all. Probably unrelated.

Is probably a domestic dispute, but they're checking it out..

That settles it: the sniper is Shirley MacLaine!

Your insight is scary (are you sure that you're not the killer?), but it does make sense. Any guesses as to
religious background - lapsed Catholic is my guess (This RC is not trying to start a Catholic bash).

1. Make him stop permanently?

2. Make him lay off for a couple weeks?.

3. Make him change locations?

4. Bring forth a "good tip".

According to a history of Tarot cards, 'The Death Skeleton' comes to all: child, father, mother, king and priest.'

Definitely a pattern. Also implies someone who lives in the area, probably someone who has been to target ranges in the area.

According to what I just heard, they felt the sniper thought he was a "nobody", now he's made himself a "somebody"..let's just hope they catch him before he takes to the streets again!! If he wants to go target practicing, let him go to a range or to the woods where he's not going to injure or kill anyone else..BTW, whatever became of the guy the other day where they confiscated 7 guns and a computer? I've heard the guns didn't match, but could he have hidden the rifle they're looking for?

Just heard a pretty good profiler...said the killer meant to leave the card but not the casing. Said the casing is the best lead and gives them the possibilty of a trail to this guy.

So is there a second person or is this guy working totally alone and on foot most of the time?

FOX--Police searching the woods near a high school for a "suspicious" looking character seen this AM...uh oh...

I misspoke. The first shooting at Michael's was across the street from a police station, I thought. Officers inside heard the shot and came out to investigate. A challenge to the police from the get-go?

The coward might be wanting to find out how fast the cops respond to the shootings or might want to see how many show up from different areas and might be trying to get as many cops in one given area?

Depends on what is suspicious in their eyes but I think if anything, the sniper is laying low and trying to find out everything via news to see how and IF he should continue.

Still think more than one person involved, one that can go out in public 'cause he's more normal and one who remains "invisible" cause he's scuffy like the unabomber.
