This Santiago is quite a mutt -- his reputation preceded him, though his position as a McGreevey hack allowed him to sail through his confirmation hearings last year despite the fact that any kid with a background like his would have been disqualified from serving as a State Trooper.

Yep, sounds like he should be charged with obstruction of justice and for interfering with and damaging evidence. This guy is a snake and a skunk, he seems pretty sneaky, it's no wonder he's not allowed to wear the uniform.
