When will the conspiracy freaks be claiming the US Government is behind these killings? Any guesses?

I'll guess a conspiracy. Anti-gun nuts hired a killer because their funding is way down. (I don't trust 'em after a Million Mom Marcher gave a neighbor kid a gun to shoot at kids in school.)
