Looking at that longhorn, Meek, made me think of the reason that chicken fried steaks were invented.
The old camp bosses tried everything in the world to make those critters chewable!
They finally hit on the idea of pulverizing the steaks with a mallet, rolling it in flour and frying it!
VOILA!
Chicken fried steaks were born!
