Well, aren't you lucky that they just happen to resemble whoever you decide to say they are? :) OK, ya got me! I take a lot of pictures, as do Flyer and Eaker and bobbyd
and others.. my personal reasoning is that things we do in the name of FR
are worth sharing with the rest of FR.. plus, all these folks are my
good friends.. and I like pictures!
(But Valerie & Flyer are real pros at it....)

Thank you, Billie. Me too!
And you're invited to come visit - any time!

Ain't you a little woodland creature, Flyer? ;-)
(Gotta get off line now... Lightening and RAIN!)

Thanks, Texas Girl, for the questions!!
I've always kind of thought that might be the best way to profile someone so that we could get to know them:
"What is your favorite book?"
Right away you give me hard one!
I'd have to say that, "A Tale of Two Cities", by Charles Dickens is my favorite followed closely by, "War and Peace", by Leo Tolstoy.
I refer to the Bible more than any other book, and "Lone Star", by T.R. Fehrenbach is my favorite historical book.
"What is the most exciting place you have ever lived.......outside of Texas......lol"
And you followed with an easy one! Since "exciting" is the key word, in the jungles of Tanzania would be my choice.
"What is your favorite holiday? "
That one might surprise everybody.
Since I work as many Thanksgivings and Christmas' as I'm off, they have no special significance, but Memorial Day is very special to me.
Thank you again for asking.

FR's not the same without the tag line.
Three women are sitting naked in a sauna. Suddenly there is a beeping sound.
The first women presses her forearm and the beeping stops. The others look
at her curiously. That's my pager, she says, I have a microchip under the
skin of my arm.
A few minutes later a phone rings. The second woman lifts her palm to her
ear. When she finishes she explains, Thats my mobile phone. I have a
microchip in my hand.
The third woman, feeling decidedly low-tech, steps out of the sauna. In a
few minutes she returns with a piece of toilet paper hanging from the crack
of her butt. The others raise their eyebrows.
Oh, excuse me. I'm getting a Fax
e-mail from niece. ;-)

Three good books there COB. Of course, the Bible is my favorite. Have you had a fun day? I just got back from Columbus.

And the scientific study known as Craveology begins. White Castle hires a renowned food scientist from a Big Ten university to run tests to determine the nutritional value of White Castle Slyders®. Studies include having a medical student live on nothing but White Castle burgers and water for 13 weeks. Studies show conclusively that the student maintained good health.
