As I said the other day...when the jury box and the ballot box become corrupted, the only recourse may be to the ammo box. I think this is a huge loss for our country. The rule of law means nothing to RATs, and none of this will really register with the majority of Americans.

As I understand it, Forrester the candidate sought the relief. There was some argument that he did not have "standing" i.e. did not suffer individual injury (aside from $$$ spent which is not cause for an injunction). As to the other parties, I guess the Supremes did not see this as warranting emergency relief. They did not say why they refused, which is the least they could have done.

I do hope they realize that the Rats will play these games to no end until stopped. The Rule of Law means nothing unless enforced. *sigh*

While I would rather have the justices restore honor the Samurai way, can we at least get them out? Not that they won't be replaced with liberals, but disbarment and impeachment need to be done.

BTW, isn't donating money to a political campaign in and of itself a violation of judicial ethics, regardless of recusal for this case?

Yes, but he wouldn't have been in the primary unless Treffinger had dropped out. Forrester took Treffinger's place on the primary ballot, 40 days before the election. Which is less than 51 days, which puts it clearly in the territory of title 19.

At least that's the argument other people in the primary made back in April.
