You are right on target with your reply here:

ABCCBSNBC is less tidy that what these networks really are: the DNC-NEWS!!!

The main reason that the DNCNewsNetworks don't want to broadcast Bush's speech live is that they want to be able to first put their own liberal spin on it before the American people actually get to hear it for themselves and make up their own minds.

We just need to lump all of them into one tidy package, the DNC non News!

I'm sure FOX will cover it. You know The White House didn't request coverage for this.
I don't know why, either.

Here's what I got as a response from ABC:

The Walt Disney Company and its affiliates are in the process of an e-Mail system upgrade. The person you intended to send this message to may have had their Internet e-Mail address changed, or it may be unavailable for a short time as part of this process.

Hmmmn.

Apparently, they had planned to cover it all along.

The left wing maggot from MSNBC probably made his error on purpose to make it look like all the nets weren't covering President Bush.

Did the White House really not request coverage?

Why is Drudge running this with huge Italics>:ABCCBSNBC SNUB BUSH: NO PLAN TO AIR IRAQ SPEECH IN PRIME!

I would think that with the current situation and Iraq, that if the president said that he was going to make an address to the American public, that there would be an automatic coverage by any good news agency.

Fox entertainment network (just plain FOX) WILL air the speech; ABC, CBS, NBC won't.

Folks, keep in mind Bush did not ASK for time and also the details of this speech indicate it is just a rehashing of the same information. He may drop a surprise tonight......I hope. But the chance of that is very slim and it looks like this is a run of the mill speech. I have no idea why this one is getting so much play in the media.

Did the White House really not request coverage?

Yes. I don't know the WH protocols, etc., but when FOX News Channel was talking about this speech a few days ago, they said (to the effect): The White House did not request national media coverage. I guess if they want the media to cover it, they'll say so. It didn't make sense to me at the time nor right now, either.

However.......

Marysecretary: Yes, FOX News Channel will cover President Bush's speech tonight.....

Gee I wasn't aware that American were threatening to kill other American's with WMD or possible nuke bombs

Is there crime in our country? .. do people kill other because of these crimes? .. Yes they do

But I don't recall reading in the news of American's declaring a Holy War .. I don't recall American flying airplanes into building .. I don't recall hearing about American threatening to poison our water supplies and explode our damns

If I'm wrong .. please supply a link of this news

Do we need any more proof of liberal bias in the mainstream media? The President is giving a speech on the major issue of the day and the networks aren't going to cover it. Sheesh!

I think they're yanking folks' chains ... how can this move NOT energize interest in, and perhaps support for, whatever the President has to say?

Well, for what it's worth, I called my local ABC station, Channel 13.

My cable guide says "To Be Announced", I will be interested to see what trash ABC feels is more important than the President's speech on our War On Terrorism and upcoming conflict with Iraq.

This really makes me angry!
