I read that the school had police on site. If this keeps up, the public might get the idea that the government can't really protect them. People might demand the right to wear bullet-proof vests.

The government won't let them do it, though. They want to right to shoot and kill the bad guys, and if the bad guys could buy the vests, well they just let that happen.

Might get that idea? When has our government ever been able to protect the citizens of this country? I guess the people today are either stupid or just brain washed but they need to remember this is a government by and for the people which means it's our duty to protect ourselves and our form of government.

Really? The public isn't 'allowed' to buy and wear bullet-proff vests? I didn't know this. Does the law vary from state to state? Tell us more.
