This is the same POS chief from Portland that refused to help question and or detain anyone suspected of being a terrorist. Only right he should now be the Chief in another county of "Diversity". Wonder how many Terrorists he will help this time.

I snooped around the FR Archive and did a Google search. Chief Moose moved to MD in MAY 1999, long before the screw up in Oregon.

I don't know much about this Chief, but lets not jump to conclusions.
