Thrill killer spree? Your dreaming. You know how hard it would be to squeeze the trigger knowing your about to kill an innocent person. Only a person with military training and a cultish devotion to an ideal could overcome the human conscience moral barrier that stops most from becoming killers.

Really? And what military training or cultish devotion did the kids who shot up a few schools awhile back have? For that matter, what reason did they have?

The profilers on TV, for what it's worth, are leaning toward the "thrill" kill, rather than organized terrorist attacks..Cat and mouse.

It's all just profiling and speculation at this point.

We had the exact same thing happen here in my Texas town. Some kids found a shotgun and they went around shooting at anything they could think of. The first shooting was at the back door of a store which is exactly like the shooting at Michael's.
The last shooting was hitting a guy they knew as he drove his family's car with his mom. The mother was able to give the license number. Her son was shot in the head and lost an eye.

I'm still betting on one or two nutcases with no terrorist ties because of this incident.

Not true. Military training is NOT required to be a good shot...all that's required is a good eye, or a deadeye, which many people are simply born with.

As for cultish devotion to an ideal being an absolute requirement to overrule the natural conctraints of human concience, that isn't entirely true either. People who just kill for the thrill are frequently sociopaths. They have no concience and no empathy or sympathy for other beings at all.

I'm not saying this isn't an Islamofascist...just that it might not be. After all, there are surely Islamofascists who also happen to be sociopaths, and choose that bloody way of life because it 'suits' them. We don't have enough information.
