I still think it's one person.

At one point he's going to want someone to see what he's doing so he can brag about it.

My big fear is that he quits for a couple of months and then starts up again with the multiple hits in one day. All we need is one good eye witness more intent on seeing where the shot came from than worrying about the victim. That's a very difficult task.

Think more than one person involved...he's got someone playing lookout for him particularly if he's on foot like they're suggesting. He may have 1, maybe two spotters a short distance away talking to him and telling him which way to go after to avoid being intercepted.

They might quit for a week but that's not the point...The point is what is the end game and someone within the Capitol is the only logical end.

We can stop planes, we can stop bombs...can we stop a hit by a sniper directed at Bush or Cheney or Rice???
