Sorry, doesn't wash. People are trying SOOO hard to make this anythng but a terrorist act that I find it sickening. If I am wrong, and this is just a frustrated whackjob, then I will apologize profusely all over FR, but, I am not going to discount (to the point of ignoring) the more obvious connections.

As far as I am concerned, it is terrorism!

A whacko would not be as skilled and would probably have made a mistake by now and already be in custody.

I'm going to say something outrageous here - Besides wishing for the capture of the shooter(s), I HOPE that these shootings are being committed by terrorists of the islamic persuasion. I think the scales might drop from more than a few eyes...
