Look for someone who has recently been sentenced to weekends in prison. Maybe he was in jail over the weekend and just got out this a.m.If he is shooting from the white box truck, it would blend in on a weekday. It would stick out on a weekend.
Maybe there was a break this weekend because the shooter was out marching in one of those peace rallies.
