This is hitting too close to home...sister in law, her husband and 3 boys live in Bowie.

Then he would have had a home available to duck into from one of the 70000 possibilities described by the Table above.

With a garage to hide the van, or a second vehicle, too. He/she drives a van at work, but may have a home vehicle as well. Lives around Michels. Really close, so he/she can shoot and hide quickly. How's that?

No, but from my observations, they know nothing and their investigations are leading no where, as they continue to ask for citizens help...

I hope I am wrong and they are just keeping cool....All these news conferences are not really revealing anything.....Or of any assistance to the public.....

I think that's probably true, but I also think this just sounds like something the media latched onto. But they and the police are grasping at straws right now, they just have nothing else to go on.

It could very well turn out to be a disgrumbled Michael's employee after all.

Thanks Kim... I just flipped on the TV and the computer. I have a feeling that this will continue until the shooter is caught or is shot to death. If this related to last weeks shootings why did the shooter take a break over the weekend?

I think the police are giving so many news conferences for fear of backlash from the communities. They have to look like they are doing their job (which I don't think is the case). These cops don't have a FREAKING CLUE!!!. But I guess its better to be updated on useless info than have them sit on it and say nothing at all.

Whew! this thread has over 900 posts. Has it been discussed as to why there were two bullets fired? Thats pretty good shooting to hit him twice before he was down. Or maybe he was down for the second hit?

Great observation. The Rockville Michael's is only about a mile north on 355 from where the lawnmower operator was killed. Of course there is the Wheaton.

If I were the PD I would keep a close eye on the Michael's up in the Milestone center. There is a Home Depot and Wall mart there, and huge expanses of parking lots.
