Some logical things come to my mind if I were the parent in that awful situation: Is there going to be another round coming in? I have my car right here, and my son is bleeding to death. I must get my son out of this dangerous area. I must get my son medical attention immediately.

if you look at the Beltway as a clock, the first shootings were at about 11 o'clock, this AM's shooting was at around the 1 o'clock spot. i live over on the 8 o'clock side, and i will be scared to death if they start travelling over this way. Bad enough that my son was in a hockey tournament up in Howard Co., MD, all this past weekend!

Maryland needs to take lessons from California and get their news helicopters in the air. They are very good out in California at catching perps from news helicopters.

Early reporting can make you nuts. Fox had a spokesperson on for police station who said there was a copy posted at the school. Don't know whether that means he was actually there or was due there. Depends on the meaning of "posted". Wish the media would be more careful.

I too have heard those reports, but my understanding was that the suspect had been placed in custody last week on an unrelated auto theft charge.

Had it been a white supremist, where are pictures of the (presumably) ethnic victims? Where is Jackson and Sharpton to decry these acts?

Change your channel to Fox News, where they have not mentioned white militia types since last week when he was placed in custody.
