"One person in Seattle and four to nine in Portland is hardly an international terrorist cell in operation," said Jon Mandaville, head of the Middle East Studies Center at Portland State University. What about that member of the Naval Reserve that was arrested in Tacoma a few months ago? Didn't he and his buddy Ujaama turn out to have connections to radical imam Abu Hamza al Masri in London?

Yes; some members of the Seattle Cell went to the London mosque and met with the cleric. Ujaama did their web site I think.
