Go take a little blue pill and get back into your circle jerk... Actually I'm heading off to work, where the current standing orders from George "RINO" Bush are to let more illegals in so he can pander their vote.
Unfortunately, they all tell me they will vote Demorat, but hey, the RINO's don't care, because, the RINO's don't have a clue.
Kind of like you.

Washington cannot be allowed to turn a blind eye to our borders. It will be a HUGE issue in 2004.It's a huge issue now. It will continue to grow until it's critically volatile, nationwide.....

Then what's going to happen? Or maybe my question should be, 'What will it take to get Washington to see that it has become a critical situation and something must be done before it explodes?'

Vicente and his buddy Bush have "plans" These plans, in my opinion, do not reflect the views of the majority of Americans, nor our best interests. I'm sure that many thousands of us have written to him voicing our opposition to his open borders policy, and we get a form letter in response. This letter pretty much states that he intends to continue pushing for implementation of 245i, which amounts to the amnesty that he promised Vicente, at least the first phase of it.
He's ignoring the warnings of Americans for his own agenda. He and the others don't have to live in the middle of the problem, they reside in their ivory towers. They are out of touch with America and want votes, either legal or illegal. I'm through with him and those like him.

Shutting down our borders will do "a thing" to help resolve terrorism but it won't cure it by itself. Uncontrolled immigration is a threat to our sovereignty and security in many many ways beyond terrorism.
But I think you already know that. Why did I have to spend 6K on an immigration lawyer for my ex-wife from Brasil and now almost anyone can just walk across and stay unencumbered?
I know why. The Dems like their voting patterns and we like the cheaper labor. Plus we've become soft with all this diversity appreciation mantra. Many folks enjoy the indirect consequence of diluting Euro-culture predominance here.

Gee... if it was up to the UNION members, the border would be secure, but George "RINO" Bush wants open borders. Union members are just as much at risk as anyone else to lose their jobs to the invading hordes, and they are rightfully afraid of this. Everyone I've talked to in California (including union members from many unions) wants the borders closed. Bush turns a deaf ear to everyone on this subject. He knows that Americans are being shot at and killed on the Mexican border, but there has been not a word from him.

Yep. I should also qualify my troop statement to exclude the Border Patrol guys. Of all I know, and of everyone I know who knows them, they are an upstanding and outstanding groups of dedicated American professionals. The INS, on the other hand, has some real problems, including being seriously short staffed and political in nature.

South Korean DMZ Border with North Korea: 151 miles, 37,000 US troops.
US Border with Mexico: 2,000 miles, ZERO Troops.
I wonder where our national priorities are?
Number of US Citizens: 274,000,000.
Estimated number of Mexican illegals: 14,000,000.
Number of citizens versus illegal Mexicans: Only 20 to 1.
We are under attack every bit as much as South Korea is from North Korea, but we have zero efforts to fight such an invasion.

Our President and the RNC have been
Pretending immigration isn't an issue. Well, it's time we brought it to their attention that we think it is a matter that needs correcting immediately.

Speaking of the diversity mantra, I was flipping through the channels, and there was a program on the local public broadcasting station in which they were holding a "summit" with local business leaders, etc. about how the government needs to set aside a certain percentage of government contracts for minority-owned businesses, and why it is imortant. They essentially stated that the ones who refuse to do so are losing out.
So we should discriminate against white men, as they're the "favored class". What a bunch of crap. Affirmative Action in university admission, business contracts, hiring, etc. All this nonsense is just that, nonsense. White men are definitely DISADVANTAGED in today's workforce.
To: janetgreen
Imagine our Christian president turning a deaf ear to this? Doing so is costing American citizens, as well as Mexican "migrants'" lives.
To: PatrioticAmerican
Don't you understand. Patrolling our borders is a slap in the face to the NEW WORLD ORDER that he is implementing, as well as what his daddy spoke of.
To: wardaddy
What about my 1828 proposal?
No takers?
That'd really clean this place up you know!

I know of several federal employee unions who obtained government recognition because their leadership (elected officers) spent their nights on the street hunting down Communist agitators on behalf of Franklin Delano Roosevelt.
Removal of unions from the federal government would, in light of history, constitute a pro-Communist action.
You sure you want to do that?
